Personality.

Mashka is a free spirited individual with a lot of energy, and that is not an exaggeration. Every day life is never boring and she does more than enough activities to keep everyone on the alert. Aside from being a little boisterous, she has a big heart and is quite friendly. She can be a bit overwhelming to those who have just met her but she does try to settle down in order to be polite. She's loyal to her family and is protective over those she cares for, specially her twin sister Nasha. As long as you don't do anything to anger or upset her, you can find yourself a loyal friend in Mashka.

She's very close to her twin sister, Nasha.
There aren't a lot of things that she's afraid of. Possibly except for colts and stallions. She's a bit intimidated by them and always greets them with a defensive challenge rather than a simple hello.

Is a bit of a tomboy but adores flowers, thanks to her sister. They use to make flower crowns for their parents when they were little. Sometimes they still do.

History.

Mashka was born just a few months after winter had begun. She came into the world along with her twin sister, Nasha. The world that greeted them was cold and gray but the warmth of their parents' love was enough to keep them strong through those cold winter months. When spring finally came it brought with it new life and warmth. Mashka and her sister were energetic foals and were always eager to wander, exploring every crevice and creek for a fancy trinket or a new friend. Every herd or small band passing by was often visited by the two, which was more than nerve wracking enough for their parents who were always kept on their toes because of their children's antics. But their carefree spirit and energy was always admired.

As seasons passed Mashka matured into a beautiful young mare. Her scruffy mane grew out, wavy and beautiful and her fetlocks sprouted feathers. She inherited her mother's beauty, that much was obvious, but her strong and stocky build definitely came from her father's side. Although her desire to wander further and further from her family's little band has grown over the years, she's happy to be with her family and her sister.
